The Brief
To install a CCTV Camera System to a communal area of residential flats.
The Activity:
Our long term working relationship offered us the opportunity to work once again with T. Manners & Sons, this time to design and install a CCTV camera system to heighten security for a block of residential flats.
Working alongside IES (Integrated Electronic Security Ltd.), we installed a comprehensive Hikvision CCTV system including 4 vandal resistant cameras and a 4 way recorder situated in a lockbox and enabled to work via 4G.
The Result:
With the new CCTV camera system and recorder the property owners can remotely check on their property investment without having to compromise the privacy of their tenants, as well as being able to receive notifications of activity in and surrounding the property site, creating additional security for the tenants as well as the property itself.
