The Brief
To install 2 x 3-Phase heaters.
The Activity:
Employees are one of any organisation’s most important assets. In this case, it was discovered that the heating within the mill was not sufficient for the teams working in 2 identified areas.
To ensure the site delivered a more comfortable working environment, we were contacted to install 2 heaters that would meet the requirements of the site and H&S compliance.
Following a site visit to identify the challenge and design a solution, our team installed 2 x isolators and 2 x Vulcan APX controllers, powered by surface mounted 4mm 4 core SWA cable running from the I Line distribution panel previously installed, leading to the 2 x Vulcan 6kW infrared Three-Phase heaters.

The Result:
Our three-phase heating solution has resulted in increased heat output in the specified areas of the mill, not only addressing the working environment for employees but also enhancing adherence to compliance requirements.
