Any commercial property that is being built, sold or let is required to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

Currently, there is no minimum energy rating that a commercial building has to achieve in order for it to be able to be let or sold. New regulations taking effect from 1st April 2018, mean that this is about to change.
